Understanding the importance of teaching staff to education, in addition to being experienced, the vast majority of music instructors hold performance diplomas or are university music students/graduates, ensuring a solid teaching faculty. For visual arts instructors, most hold diplomas from the Xu Beihong Academy of Arts at Renmin University of China.
